How to convert a Customer into Supplier in the Customers App?

Conversion helps you to convert the data from one app to another. Apptivo allows you to customize conversions according to your business needs. For example: if you want to convert the customer into a Supplier App or any other app, you can create a new conversion list.

Steps to follow

• Login and access the Customers App from the Universal navigation bar.
• Click on the More icon (...) and select the Settings.

• Go to Customers from the left panel. Select Conversion.

• You can view the default conversion for contacts, then click on the Create button

• In the popup, you can select the app in the Choose Your App.Give some Description about the conversion for your reference.
• Allow Conversion Multiple Times, helps you to convert the particular customer multiple times. then, click on the Create button.

• Now, you can view the created conversion in the list, then click on to Mapping.

• In the Mapping Page, Select the attributes as per your business need from the Customers App and map it with the attributes of the Supplier App.

• Update the Changes, you can view the changes in the Customers Overview Page.

• In the Customers Overview Page, click on the Convert to option and select To Supplier.

• Here, you can view the Mapped attributes of the Customers App will reflect in the Supplier App.
