Multiple documents are associated with different applications in Apptivo. Finding the required document becomes tedious as the number of documents increases. In this case, Apptivo segregates the documents separately based on the App names.
For Instance: Consider adding a document for a record in the Cases App.
- Now, navigate to the Documents App → ‘App Folders’.
- You can see a new folder called Cases is created.
- On navigating to the folder, you can see the desired case.
- Select the case to view the image.
- You can select the more icon to download, rename, delete, or share the document.
