How to view the documents as thumbnails in Apptivo?

Apptivo allows you to perform multiple functions on a record. You can add tasks, call logs, send emails, add notes, and add documents. Some records tend to have documents that are necessary for future reference. It would be an added benefit if the documents are grouped with their respective records. You can organize them easily with records.

Apptivo enhances your experience by allowing you to view the document in table view and grid view.

For Instance: Let us consider adding a document in Contacts App.

• Open the Overview page of a particular contact in the Contacts App.

• Navigate to the ‘add document’ section on the Overview page.

• Select ‘Add Document’ to add documents from Computer, Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or links.

• Once you upload the document, you can see that by default, the document is in the table view.

• Now, select the grid view icon to view the document as thumbnails.

• You can click a particular document to download it.

Note: In the Grid view, you can view documents of PDF, jpeg, and png format.
