How can I perform Bulk Actions in the Suppliers App?

Every one of us had come to a point, where we expect actions to be done a single step. The Suppliers App gives you the privilege to do Bulk Actions instantly within Apptivo.

The available bulk actions are:

• Update - This lets you bulk update the Supplier information, Additional Information and so on.
• Email - This lets you send emails to Suppliers in bulk.
• Add to Target List - This lets you add multiple Suppliers in bulk to the target list.
• Export - This lets you export the Suppliers in bulk.
• Delete - This lets you delete the Suppliers in bulk.

For instance: Imagine, you would like to export multiple Suppliers. In that case, instead of manually selecting and exporting those records, the supplier's records can be bulk selected and exported instantly.

Steps to Bulk Export the Suppliers:

1. Go to the Suppliers App.
2. Click on “Show All” from the left navigation panel.
   
3. Select the suppliers which you would like to export.
   
4. On selecting multiple suppliers, the “Bulk Action” button gets activated. Now, click on the “Export” -> “.csv” -> “All Fields”.
   
5. The Bulk Actions Export popup will be displayed, where select OK to export the suppliers.
   
6. You can find the exported Suppliers in the .csv file.
