How do I perform Bulk Actions in the Work Orders App?

Apptivo Work Orders App gives you the ability to update more than one work order simultaneously. These bulk actions are available in almost all the list views in the Work Orders App, which enables you to make changes to an n-number of work orders simultaneously.

The available bulk actions are:

• Update - This allows you to bulk update the Work Order details in bulk. You can also update the Ref App fields. (Note: Approved and Completed work orders cannot be updated).
• Export - This allows you to export work orders to a .csv file in bulk (Note: Approved and Completed work orders cannot be deleted).
• Delete - This lets you delete the customers in bulk.

Let us know to walk through the steps of how to export work orders to a .csv file in bulk.

Steps to export Work Orders to CSV file

1. Log in and access the Work Orders App.
2. Click on Show All from the left navigation panel.
3. In the Show All page, bulk select the required work orders. The Bulk Action button gets enabled.
4. Now, click on Bulk Actions > Export option. There are two export options available using which the work order can be exported:
   • Current Fields - The fields present in the current view alone will be exported.
   • All Fields - This exports all the fields of the Work Orders App.
5. For instance: Here, we have selected "All Fields".
