How do I Customize Collaboration in the Properties App?

Apptivo allows you to create multiple numbers of properties using the Properties app. You can customize your collaboration as per your requirements. Let’s go through the steps to customize collaboration in the Properties app.

You can view the Notes tab on the Property overview page.

Steps to configure

• Log in and access the Properties app from the universal navigation bar.
• Select Settings from the App Header.

• From the Settings page, click on the General → Collaboration from the left navigation panel.

• By default, all the associated attributes will be Toggle On.
• Now, disable the Notes toggle to hide Notes tab on the Property overview page.

• Now, you can’t view the Notes tab on the Property overview page.
