How do I Create Agency/Department in the License Tracker App?

Agency/Department feature in License Tracker App allows you to categorize the Customers according to their business.

For Instance: A General Manager wants to categorize their customers business according to their “Agency/Department”. Then follow the below steps.

Steps to Create Agency/Department

  1. Got to “License Tracker App” from your universal navigation menu bar.
  2. Click on “More(...)” icon and choose “Settings”.
  3. Once the settings option is clicked, then click on “License Tracker” and select “Agency/Department” and click on “Create” button on the top right corner.
  4. A popup will appear, Type the “Name” and Click on “Create” button.

  5. Now the "Agency/Department" is created. agency created
  6. You can also “Edit” and “Disable” the “Agency/Department” as shown in the snapshot.
