How do I View Promotions with my Preferred Column Sets?

By customizing the Promotions List Layouts, you can view the fields of your preferred choice in table format. The Promotions List Layouts are used for displaying client particular information according to your business requirements.

Note: In order to save your custom columns, your account requires the Premium or Enterprise plans.

For instance: Consider an employee, who wants to have a view of the promotions with the following details “Name”, “Start Date”, “End Date”, “Created By” and “Modified By”, then that be created as a list view with the name “Promotion Info”.

Steps to View Promotions with Preferred Column Sets

  • Go to the Promotions App.
  • Click on the “More (...)” icon and select “Settings.

  • On the Settings page, click on the “Customize App” and select the “List Layouts”.
  • Click on “Create”.

  • Now, click on the “Default” and rename it as “Promotions Info”.
  • Choose the fields “Name”, “Start Date”, “End Date”, “Created By”, “Modified By” from the “Display” drop-down as shown below:

  • The list layout is now successfully created. The fields can be removed anytime by unchecking it from the selection.

Now, that the preferred column set has been created, follow the steps below to view the promotions by list layout.

View Promotions by List Layout

  • After creating, go to the Promotions app dashboard.
  • Click on “Show All” → “Display” drop-down → “Promotions Info”.

  • You can view the result as shown:
