How do I Allow My Users to perform Bulk Actions into Recruitment?

Recruitment App allows you to provide access to the users who are reputed to perform bulk actions. The users who have privilege for bulk action can use the “Bulk Action” dropdown found in the “Show All” page of the Recruitment App.

Steps to Give User Permission to Perform Bulk Actions in Recruitment

• “Log in” and access the Recruitment App from your universal navigation menu bar.
• Click on the “More” icon and select “Settings” located at the app header bar.

• Click on “Actions” from the "Security" dropdown from the left navigation panel.

• Locate the “Bulk Action” option from the “Object” section and click on privileges dropdown.

• You can either select an existing privilege or click the "Create privilege" option found at the bottom of the privilege dropdown to create a new privilege.
• Create privilege pop up appears. Enter the name and description of the new privilege that you want to add against the “Bulk Action” option.

• Click on the "Create" button.

• After creating the privilege go to Employees App to give access to particular employees.

• Now, employee Nadia James does not have the selected privilege. Hence, she will not be able to perform Bulk Actions.
