How do I Highlight Events in Calendar?

The highlighting feature allows you to identify the main objects, enabling the events to be highlighted with defined colors based on your criteria. This configuration contains background color, text color, and the priority score to view your tasks.
For instance: Consider you would like to highlight and filter the events whose status are scheduled. This can be achieved by creating highlighting rules. Follow the below steps to create highlighting rules for events.
Steps to Highlighting the Events
- Log in to your account.
- Click on “Calendar” from the left navigation panel.
- Click “More (…)” icon → “Settings” located in the app header bar.
- Select “General” drop down and click on “Highlighting” from the left navigation panel.
- Click on the “Create” button to create a new highlighting and specify:
- Name — Highlighting name.
- Priority Score — Priority score for the Cases. If this setting has more than one highlighting definition, then this score helps in prioritizing them.
- Background Color — Select background Color.
- Text Color — Select Text Color.
- Description — Description of the Highlights.
- Define the criteria, which are the space where the condition can be defined by selecting attributes and its equivalent values.
- Here, we are setting it to the following condition. Click on the “Create” button to complete.
- You can update the information by clicking on the “More Details” icon if needed. Make sure to Enable the Toggle to filter the events based on the created Highlight.
