Apptivo is a cloud suite of 65+ applications and it has always been an important goal to ensure association and easy navigation between applications. The 360-degree view of the Customers App allows you to quickly view the associated records in the other apps of Apptivo.
Steps to customize the 360-degree view
- In the Customers App of Apptivo, select Settings from the App Header.
- Go to Collaboration → 360 Degree Views from the left navigation panel of the Settings page.
- Here, you can see the list of apps with which you can create associations.
- To add a new app, select the Add button. In addition, you can also disable an existing app or set an app as the default app on the 360 Degree View page.
- Here, we are disabling the toggle for Contracts App.
- Hence, you cannot view the records associated with the Contracts App in the 360 Degree View tab of the Overview page.
