How to customize list layout in the Invoice app?

The List Layout feature allows you to add or remove specific fields as per your requirements. If you want to add a field, tick the checkbox of that particular field. Similarly, if you want to remove the field, untick the checkbox. Let’s go through the steps to configure the List Layout.
Steps to configure
- Log in and access the Invoice App from the universal navigation bar.
- Select Settings from the App Header.
- From the Settings page, click on the Customize App → List Layouts from the left navigation panel.
- Select Create button to create a new layout. A Default layout is added.
- To change the name of the layout, hover your mouse pointer over the name. A pencil icon will come into view. Here, change the name of the layout.
- To add or remove fields in the layout, select the Please Choose dropdown button next to Display. It will display the fields present in the Invoice app.
- To add a field, tick a field from the dropdown. To remove a field, you can untick a field.
- Here Invoice #, Invoice Date, Customer, Contact, Created by, and Total fields are added from the Invoice Details.
- Once the changes are made, go to the Invoice app dashboard.
- Click on the Display dropdown to select the desired layout.
- Now, the customized attributes will be displayed based on the selected layout.
