It’s possible to set Visibility Conditions for the fields in the Leads app. The Master Layout feature allows you to set visibility to a specific field using the Set Criteria option, where you can define the condition to show or hide the particular field.
Let’s go through the steps to set up visibility condition in the Leads app.
Steps to configure
- Log in and access the Leads app from the universal navigation bar.
- Select Settings from the App Header.
- From the Settings page, click on the Customize App → Master Layout from the left navigation panel.
- Click on a field to set visibility conditions. Here, select the Tags field.
- On the right-hand side, you can see the Inspector column, in which you can find the field properties.
- To set visibility, enable the Visibility toggle to On.
- Enable the Conditional toggle to On and click the Set Criteria button.
- Here, the condition is that the Tags field is set to be visible when the Lead Source is Email.
- Click on the Ok button.
- Click on the Save button to save the changes.
- Now, on the Create Lead page, when you select Lead Source as Email, you can view the Tags field.
- When you select the Lead Source other than Email, the Tags field will not be visible.
