Expense Reports app has many default standard reports. This report allows you to view the Expense Reports created for the projects. You can get a report for all the expenses created for particular projects as an expense report.
Steps to Generate the Expense Reports by project
- Log in and access the Expense Reports from the Universal Menu.
- Click on the Reports from the App Header.
- You can view the "General" drop-down on the left panel.
- Select Expense Reports by Project from the drop-down.
- Provide the following information:
- Project Name - Search and select the existing Project.
- Start Date - Start date.
- End Date - End date.
- Click on the search option in the Project name.
- Select the project from the List.
- Add the start and end date and click on the View Report.
- You can also export the report by clicking the Export Button.
- You can download the report with the attachments as a Zip file. You can extract and view the reports with the attachments.
- Without Attachments will get downloaded as.CSV file.
