How do I Make Follow Up to be Displayed First when I Log in my Account?

  • Log in to your account and select the User Menu from the top right corner.
  • Click on "Preferences" from the dropdown menu.
Home Page

  • Click on “Collaboration” from the left navigation panel of the Preferences page.
Preferences

  • Click on the three dots present in the "Follow Ups" option. Drag and drop to reorder the menu.
Arrange Order

  • You can view the reordered success message.
Success Message

  • Now, the "Follow Ups” menu is placed first on the home dashboard.
