How to Apply Tags to my Customers?

Tags are nothing labels. They help you organize your customers into groups such as Loyalty Customers, Special Membership, High Value, etc. You can add multiple tags to your customers. When you create a customer you can apply tags from the creation page and also, update the tags for the existing customers.
Steps to Apply Tags to your Customer
- Log in and access Customers App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the “Create” button from the left navigation panel.
- Select your tag from the “Tags” field as shown in the image below:
- You are also allowed to choose multiple tags for your customer as shown in the image below:
