How do I generate the Positions Details Report in Recruitment App?

  • Log in and access the Recruitment app from your universal navigation menu bar.
  • Click on the “Reports” icon located at the app header bar.

  • You can view the "Reports" dashboard in which click on the “Positions Detail Reports” option.
Report Page

  • You can view the Positions List dashboard and add the required details.
    • Start Date
    • End Date
  • Click on the "View Report" button to generate reports in the dashboard itself.
View Report

  • Click on the "Export" button to generate reports in a spreadsheet. You can export records in Current View and All Fields.

  • By clicking All Fields, all the fields available in the Recruitment app will be added in the report.

  • By clicking Current View, all the fields displayed in the report will be shown.
