The Answers App of Apptivo allows you to perform bulk actions in your records. This includes updating or deleting multiple answers at a time. The update option focuses on updating the values in each field present in the Answers App. Let’s walk through the steps to update a field.
Steps to perform bulk actions
- Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Answers App.
- Select the records whose values are to be updated. Once the records are selected, the Bulk Actions button is activated.
- Click the Bulk Actions button. Here, select Update → Search Engine Optimization → Meta Keywords Separated By Comma.
- In the Bulk Actions - Meta Keywords Separated By Comma window, add the keywords.
- On selecting update, you will be notified that the keywords are updated.
- When you navigate to the overview page of any of the updated records, you can see the Meta Keywords are updated.
