How do I customize collaboration in answers app?

A platform where one may ask questions, learn, and exchange information is provided by the Answers App for your customers and employees. You may establish many configurations for collaboration in the Answers app, such as "Show or Hide" and "collaboration security." Based on access privileges, this will secure each object's standard activity tabs.

Steps to Customize Collaboration:

  • Log in and access the Answers App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  • Click on the More(...) icon and select Settings from the app header.

  • On the settings page, go to the General → Collaboration from the left navigation panel.
  • By default, all the associated attributes will be Toggle On.

  • You can also edit the name of the collaboration tools by clicking on the Edit icon.

  • Now, disable the Calendar toggle to hide the calendar tab on the answer overview page.
