How do I set my account status in preferences settings?

  • Log into your Apptivo account and select the User Menu from the top right corner.
  • Here, select Preferences.

  • In the Preferences page, select My Status from the left panel. The My Status page will appear.

  • On clicking the status dropdown, you can change the status to Away or Offline in addition to Online.

  • Here, Away is selected. The changes are saved automatically.

  • For Instance: When we search and select an employee for a field in the application, the status will appear as Away for Caroline Forbes as she has changed her status to Away.
