Apptivo Leads App allows you to restore the deleted leads. The deleted leads can be found in “Trash.” Using the "Restore" option you can retrieve the deleted leads.
Steps to Restore Leads
- Log in and access Leads App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the “More(...) icon and select the “Trash” icon located at the app header bar.
- You can view the “Deleted” and “Archived” tabs. Click on the “Deleted” tab to view deleted leads.
- Select the leads you would like to restore.
- By selecting the Leads, the Restore button will be activated.
- Click on the “Restore” button to restore them.
- You can view the restored leads on the Leads Show All lists.
