Default Home Page View is the view that you see as soon as you log into your account. By default, it will have the applications, navigation bar and search box, and so on. Apptivo CRM users can customize their home page for each application as per their requirements.
Steps to Customize Default Home Page View
- Log in and access the Customers App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the “More” icon and select “Settings” located at the app header.
- Select the "Customize App" dropdown. Click on “Views” from the left navigation panel.
- You can view “Default Home Page View”.
- You can change the default home page view by selecting anyone among the following:
- Customers Home - Displays default customers homepage with news feed and recent customers.
- Show All – Displays all customers.
- To Follow Up – Displays the customers need to follow.
- Directory – Displays customers by directory.
- By Category – Displays customers of different categories.
- By Market - Displays customers based on markets.
- Select anyone from the dropdown to set the default home page view. For instance: Customers Home.
- On clicking the home button, the new home page will appear as per the configuration.
