How to customize News Feed in Business Settings?

When you access your account, you see several pages that organize all of your various activities & collaboration data like Agenda, News Feed, Calendar, and Tasks. Some businesses might want to enable/disable a feature like "News Feed". Using Business Settings, each employee can customize which pages appear, and the order they appear in.

Steps to customize Collaboration in Business Settings

  • Log in to your account. Click on the User Menu located at the top right corner.
  • Click on the "Business Settings" from the dropdown menu.

  • Click on “Collaboration” from the left navigation panel.

  • You can Enable/Disable objects and their related action option from Business Settings.
  • Here you can view "News Feed" is enabled in collaboration and click on the Dropdown icon to view the Actions option under news feed as shown in the image below:

  • Now, You can also enable/disable the action button in the news feed if needed. For Instance: "Comment" is disabled here.

Note: The changes made with action option in business settings of the News Feed is a global one which is reflected across the News Feed section in all the applications. Also, you can restore it again from business settings.

  • You can view only "Like" and "post" action in the News Feed page as "Comment" action is disabled.
