How do I Create a New Lead Status?

- Log into your Apptivo account and navigate to the Leads App. Here, go to the Settings page.
- In the Settings page, go to Leads --> Lead Statuses from the left pane. In the Lead Statuses page, select Create to create a new lead status.
- The Create Lead Status page displays. Here, give a name and description for the new status. You can also decide the Status Category to be Open, Converted, or Closed.
- You can also set the entry and exit criteria for a lead to move to this status.
- Select Create. A new Lead Status is created.
- The created status will be present in the Lead Statuses page. Here, you can manage and rearrange the order of the created status.
- This lead status will be listed in the Lead Status drop-down while creating or updating a lead.
