How do I Reject a Testimonial?

  • Log in and access the Testimonials App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  • You can see all the testimonials on the Show All page.
Show All Page

  • Click on the More Details icon of a testimonial that is to be rejected. You will be redirected to the Overview page.
Overview

  • Click on the “Reject” button at the top left of the Overview page.
  • The testimonial will be marked as rejected. Simultaneously, the status of the testimonial will change as Rejected.
