How do I Create Custom Attributes in Campaigns App?

Custom attributes are nothing but the fields which are unique in your Campaigns App. It can be created, modified, and customized. You will also find your attributes of different data types such as text, numbers, date, currency, etc, Master layouts in Campaigns App allow you to add up the custom fields as per your requirement. There are few stand-alone steps to be followed to access settings to customize custom attributes.
Steps to Customize Master Layout Attributes:
- Log in and access Campaigns app from the universal navigation menu.
- Click on “More” and select “Settings”.
- On the Settings page, click on the “Customize App” drop-down and select “Master layout” from the left navigation panel.
Note: If you are a standard plan user, then you need to upgrade your account to use this master layout feature. It would be notified as below:
- To add a custom field, For instance: Consider an employee, who wants to add a custom section “Detailed Information” with the custom fields “Check Points” and “Type”. In that case, he can add these additional attributes by customizing the master layout.
- Drag the “Two Column” section from the “Palette” and drop it on the specified location.
- Click on the section name and rename it as “Detailed Information” in the “Inspector” tab.
- Now, to insert attributes, drag and drop the attributes from the “Attributes” section under “Palette”.
- Click on “Save” to save the changes made.
- You have now created your own layout in your Campaigns App which can now be viewed on the create campaign page.
