Answering a question becomes simplified with Apptivo. Asking questions and responding to them is a great way to improve communication. It is also useful to convey a piece of particular information. Answers App in Apptivo helps to achieve it.
- Go to Answers App in Apptivo. Here, select By Status → Unanswered from the left pane.
- You can see the list of questions available in the right pane. Click on More Details icon (...) of a particular question to answer it.
- You will be redirected to the Question page.
- On scrolling down, there is a section to add the answer. Click on Create Answer to answer the question.
- You can now add the answer in the Create Answer page.
- You can also perform various customizations using the tools available in the Create Answer page.
- Once the answer is added, click Create. The answer will be added to the Answers section.
- You can add more than one answer to a question. Click on the Add Answer button to add more answers.
- You will be again redirected to the Create Answer page where you can add the answer.
- You can see the answer is added to the Answers section.
