How do I Log a Call?

With Apptivo Call Logs, Log calls easily and store much information on a call for future references.

Steps to Create Log Calls

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select "Call Logs" from the left navigation panel.

  3. Click on "Log Call" button in the top right corner.

  4. Provide the following information:
    • Call subject - Subject of the call. For instance: Customer query based on the product.
    • Call summary - A detailed note about the call.
    • Type - Either it can be incoming or outgoing. 
    • Billable - Billable call logs.
    • Call - Date of the call handled.
    • Start - Start time of the call.
    • Duration - Call duration.
    • Attendee - Attendee of the call log should be an employee or contact.
    • Associated with - The call log may associate with any object, by default it will be associated with that specific employee.
  5. Once you enter all information, click on "Create" button to log a call.

  6. You can view that notification in the Apptivo Newsfeed section as shown in the image below:

  7. Now, by clicking on the Call Log name, you will be redirected to the Overview page of that call log.
