How do I Create a New License?

License Tracker App supports you to organize the licenses owned by your company.

Steps to Create a New License

  1. Access License Tracker App.
  2. Click on “Create” button from the left navigation panel. 
  3. You can view "Create License" page, in which provide:
    • Memo - The memo is the short description about the creating license.
    • License # - Enter the License #. 
    • Assignee - You can also assign the license to the employee or team.
    • Agency/Department - Choose the appropriate agency/department for the particular license. 
    • Create follow-ups prior to expiration - “7 days before expiry”, “15 days before expiry”, “30 days before expiry” and “90 days before expiry”.
  4. Set the issue date, term and renewal date in “Issues & Renewals” section.
