How do I View Employees by Directory?

The left panel view of the Employees App has filters that will display employees based on the directory. These types of filters display an employee according to the employee’s last name. You can view the appropriate employees under the directory by choosing an alphabet from the directory.

Before viewing the records based on the directory, ensures that the view “By Directory” is enabled on Settings → Customize App → Views.

Steps to view Employees based on the Directory

• Log in and access Employees App from your universal navigation menu bar.
• Click “By Directory” from the left navigation panel.

• Choose an alphabet to view employees whose last name starts with the selected letter. Here, W.

• On clicking More Details in Actions, you will be redirected to the overview page of the selected employee.
