How do I view Items assigned to me?

You can view items assigned to you under the "By Queue" section of your home page. You can quickly view the items to perform any action.

Steps to view My Items

  • Log in and access Items App from your universal navigation menu bar.
  • Click on "By Queue" and select "My Items" from the left navigation panel.

  • You can view a list of items assigned to you.
My Item

  • On clicking the More Details icon of an item, you will be redirected to the overview page of the item.
