How do I Customize My Follow Ups in home dashboard?

Follow-up is a process of monitoring the existing objects in the future period. Follow up schedule needs to be maintained in order to avoid missing potential objects. Thus, My Follow-ups can also be customized to set as per your needs.

Steps to Follow

  • Log in to your account and click on the User Menu and select Preferences.
Home Page

  • Click on "Collaboration" from the left navigation panel.
  • By default, your account set up would display all views in the left navigation panel.

Hide my follow-ups

  • You can hide the "My Follow-Ups" option from the home dashboard left navigation panel. Just disable on "Hide" button against "My Follow-Ups".
Follow Ups

  • By disabling the Follow-up toggle, the follow-up activity will be disabled from the home page.

Steps to Customize My Follow-ups Schedule

  • Click on "Follow-ups" for more options.
  • You can view the following options:
  • Calendar View - This setting allows you to view in days, weeks, or months. You can set it as the default calendar view.
  • List View - This setting allows you to view in list format.
  • Table View - This setting allows you to view in the table format.

  • You can also drag and drop the options, which you would like to view as a default one.

Why do I receive an error pop-up?

  • You cannot hide all views simultaneously, at least one view should be enabled.
