How to Assign Contact with Multiple Categories?

  • Login and access the Contacts app from the universal menu.
  • Click on the Create button.

  • In the Create Contact page, fill up the basic mandatory fields.

  • In the Categories field, click on Add  “+” icon.

  • By clicking on the “+” icon, you can view the pop up of Seach and Select.
  • Select the multiple Categories and click on the Apply button.
Search and select

  • You can also create a new category by clicking on the New “+” in the Search and Select categories pop up.
Add

  • By clicking on the New icon, you can view the other Create Category popup.
  • Enter the name and the Description of the Category and click on the Create button.

  • Your new category will get created.

Note: When importing contacts you could map up to ten (10) categories, it should not be exceeded.

  • You can view the selected Multiple categories assigned to the contact.
