How do I create purchase orders?

Purchase orders are essential for the seller to know about the intention of the buyer. It will indicate the product/items, quantity, and agreed price for which the buyer makes an order to the supplier.
Steps to Create Purchase Orders
- Log in and access the Purchase Order App from your universal navigation menu.
- Click on the Create button on the left navigation bar.
- In the Create page, fill on the mandatory and the basic information of the Purchase Orders.
- You can view the auto-generated PO number.
- Choose the date from the calendar picker in the Need by Date.
- You can also customize the PO date by choosing the date from the calendar picker.
- Add the supplier information.
- To add the supplier, click on the search icon and select from the list.
- You can also add the new supplier by clicking on the “+” icon.
- By adding the supplier, the address information of the supplier will get auto-populated.
- Provide product or item information.
- Start typing in a field, the existing items get auto-populated.
- You can also add a new item by clicking on the + button.
- By selecting the items, the other item information will get auto-populated.
- Then, click on the create button.
- The Purchase Order will get created with the provided information.
