The “By Category” feature in the Contacts app allows you to identify the contact belonging to a specific category. If you have multiple contacts, this feature helps you to identify the records easily. The Contacts app allows you to create your own category based on our requirements.
Let’s go through the steps to view Contacts by Category in the Contacts app.
Steps to configure
- Log in and access the Contacts app from the universal navigation bar.
- Click on the By Category from the left navigation panel.
- By Category menu will expand, select All from the menu.
- You can view the contacts related to all the categories on the dashboard.
- For instance, select the HR category from the By Category dropdown menu.
- You can view the Contacts related to the HR category on the dashboard.
