How do I generate leads activity reports?

As a senior sales manager, you would want to know the status of the leads that your team is working on. Apptivo Leads App allows you to view as well as generate reports based on the activity of the lead. It will display the status of the leads handled by a certain employee. For instance, in the steps given below, the leads activity report is actually generated for all leads handled by the employee Sarah Castro.
The Leads activity report is then exported to the spreadsheet for further analysis as well as to map out strategies to convert the leads into accounts and contacts.
Leads app allows you to generate the reports as per your requirement. It also has standard formats to generate reports. Let's have a look.
Steps to Generate Lead Activity Report:
- Log in and access the Leads App from your universal navigation menu bar.
- Click on the Reports icon located at the app header bar.
- Click on the General Reports dropdown and select Lead Activities.
- Provide the following information to extract the report.
- All Apps – Select an app name from a predefined list, such as contacts, leads, customers, etc.
- Lead Name – Name of the lead.
- Employee – Select an employee from a predefined list.
- Activity Type – Select a type from a predefined list, such as appointment, call log, etc.
- Start Date – Start date.
- End Date – End date.
- Let’s consider generating leads handled by the employee "Sarah Castro".
- Select Sarah Castro in Employee dropdown and the Activity as "All". Now, Click on the View Report button.
- The reports will be generated as shown below.
- You can reset the given values by using Reset Button.
- You can export the reports in XLS format, by clicking on the Export button.
