How do I View Work Orders Assigned to My Team?

If you are part of any of the team(s) added in the Apptivo Teams App, then you can view the team name(s) under the My Team queue. However, if you are not added to a team, then you cannot view the team name.

Steps to Find Work Orders Assigned to Teams

• Log in and access the Work Orders app from your universal navigation menu bar. On the home page, select By Queue from the left navigation panel.

• Click on “By Queue” and select "My Teams" from the left navigation panel. You can view the list of teams in which you belong.
• Select a team and you can view the work orders assigned to the team.

• On clicking the More Details icon of a team, you will be redirected to the overview page.
