How to collect cases from website using the Business plugin?

I was using Abundance v2.5 business theme made on CSS3 and HTML5 but was unable to collect cases from website. One of my friends recommended me to use Apptivo themes. Perhaps he has some earlier experience with it. Now am willing to try my hand on Apptivo. Before starting, I came to know about this post luckily. Thanks you so much, it has made my work lot easier.

Steps to set up cases using the Apptivo business plugin

1. Go to Wordpress dashboard.
2. Choose Plugins-> Select Installed Plugins then install Apptivo business plugin.
3. Now, Activate business plugin.
4. Enable Cases in Plugin Settings.
5. Choose “Cases” from leftside panel under “Apptivo”.
6. Save the configuration and get short code “[apptivo_cases]”.
7. Paste this short code “[apptivo_cases]” in any page.
8. It will display cases form.

Steps for viewing cases in Apptivo

1. Log in to Apptivo.
2. Go to “Cases” app and choose “New” or “All” tab.
3. There you can find the captured cases from website.

Note: You can use the same short code in eCommerce plugin also.
