How to switch between multiple businesses in Apptivo?

You can now use the Switch Business button to switch between the different businesses that you use. If you have access to multiple firms, you can Switch Firms without having to log out and log back in.

For Instance: Consider you are an Independent Financial Advisor. You need to manage the finances of multiple business firms. It would be a tedious process if you need to log out and login in order to access different firms. The Switch Account feature has overthrown this shortcoming.

Steps to Switch Accounts:

1. Click on the account settings in the universal navigation bar.
   
   
2. Now click on the "Switch Business" option to switch between the business firms.
   
   
   
   
   
3. You will get the Firm details along with the location of the firm. Click on "Switch" to switch to the respective firm.
   • Search Business - You can search for different business available.
   • Filter - You can filter the recently logged in business.
     
     
   
   
   
   

   If the "Recently logged in" filter is used, you can find the recently logged in firm.

   
   
   
   
   
   
4. You can find that the accounts are switched to a different business firm.
   
   
   
   

Note: You can get the search prediction based on the firms that you search in the Search Business field. Moreover, if you switch business and then try to go back in the website, you will receive an error. You need to click on Switch Business in order to switch between them.
