How do I View All Emails in Apptivo?

This feature enables you to have an overview of both the emails sent & received (inbox), in a single place. That is, all your emails can be viewed under the “All Mail” folder, where you can easily differentiate between them with the help of the icons.

Note: This “All Mail” folder is present on the homepage as well as in all the other apps (Email Tab of the objects).

For instance: Consider a sales manager (Katie Dustin), who wants to view all the email communications of a particular lead. In that case, he can view them by just clicking on the “Email” tab of that particular lead.

Steps to View All Emails

1. Go to the Leads App.
2. Select the particular lead for whom you would like to view the list of all emails. Click on “More Details (...)” icon.
3. The Leads Overview page will now be displayed. Click on the “Emails” tab present.
4. Now, all the emails (sent & received) will be displayed as shown:
