In Apptivo, you can email a client from the Properties app. Email is a fast mode of exchanging messages between two or more persons. The customized Email Templates help you to send mail to multiple clients at a time. Let's go through the steps to send mail to a client individually from the Properties app.
Steps to send email to the client
- Log in and access Properties app from the universal navigation bar.
- Select the “List” dropdown and then click on “Show All” from the left navigation panel.
- You can view all the properties in the dashboard.
- Click on the “More Details” icon of a property to view the related information.
- Click on the “Emails” tab on the overview page.
- You can view a “Compose” button, click on the button.
- Enter the recipient id and subject along with the message content.
- Click on the “Send” button to complete the message.
