In the Apptivo Properties app, it's possible to set Visibility Conditions for the fields and action buttons. You can set Visibility to a specific field and an action button using the Set Criteria option, where you can define the condition to show or hide the particular field.
Steps to set Visibility Conditions for the field.
- Log in and access the Properties App from the universal navigation bar.
- Select Settings from the App Header.
- From the Settings page, click on the Customize App → Master Layout from the left navigation panel.
- Click on a field to set visibility conditions. Here, select the # of Units field.
- On the right-hand side, you can see the Inspector column, in which you can find the field properties.
- To set visibility, enable the Visibility toggle to On.
- Click the Set Criteria button.
- Here, the condition is that the # of Units field is set to be visible when the Year Built field is less than 2000 i.e, Year Built < 2000.
- Click on the OK button.
- Click on the Save button to save the changes.
- Now, on the Create Property page, when you enter Year Built as 2000 the # of Units field will not be visible.
